Their flagship community, Silver Springs Village, was the recipient of 7 Professionalism Awards from the Greater Atlanta Home Builder’s Association (“GAHBA”) and the coveted Atlanta Regional Commission’s Development of Excellence Award. Leland Homes and Silver Springs Village were featured on the cover of Builder Magazine. Each of their Atlanta new home communities has won Professionalism Award’s from their peers at the GAHBA.
Leland is a long standing member of the Greater Atlanta Homebuilders Association. Leland has participated in ABC’s “Extreme Home Makeover” and the Habitat for Humanity building program. The company also sponsored a 5K Walk/Run to benefit Mwangaza Children’s Home Foundation, a non-profit organized to support orphans in Kenya.
